Things people ask about cost
Mostly because of integration complexity. A customer support agent for a standard Shopify store with a clean setup is different from the same agent integrated with a custom WooCommerce build, a proprietary CRM, and a multi-warehouse fulfilment system. We scope carefully and try to give realistic estimates early in the process.
Per agreed milestones. Typically a deposit to start, a mid-project payment at an agreed delivery milestone, and final payment on acceptance. The exact structure is defined in the project contract. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month.
No refunds after project kickoff, as work will have begun. If a project is cancelled before work starts, unused milestone payments are refundable. Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days written notice — no refund for the current month. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Prices shown on this page are net (excluding VAT). German Umsatzsteuer (VAT) at the applicable rate will be added to invoices where required. Business clients with a valid VAT ID in other EU member states may be invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism. Details on the invoice.
