What we build

Seven types of AI agents, each targeting a specific e-commerce workflow

All agents are custom-built per client. We don't deploy templates — your product catalogue, customer base, and support patterns shape how each agent is configured. Integrations depend on your platform and existing tools.

Core service

AI customer support agents

Handles the category of queries that account for most of an e-commerce support team's inbound volume: order status, shipping questions, return and exchange requests, product information, and standard FAQs.

The agent is trained on your product catalogue, return policy, and historical ticket data. It understands context — so a customer asking "where is it?" after mentioning their order number gets a specific answer, not a generic one.

Escalation logic is configurable. Complaints, complex issues, and anything the agent can't answer with high confidence are routed to your team, with context attached so they don't have to ask the customer to repeat themselves.

Works with:Shopify, WooCommerce, Gorgias, Zendesk, custom helpdesks
Setup from:€1,800 depending on scope and integration complexity
Typical use:Stores receiving 40+ support tickets per week

Automated product recommendation systems

Product recommendation engines that surface relevant items based on a combination of signals: current browsing session, purchase history, inventory status, and product relationships you define.

Unlike generic recommendation plugins, these systems can be configured to reflect your merchandising logic — for example, prioritising certain brands, avoiding recommending items from the same category as one the customer just bought, or weighting towards higher-margin products.

Deployable as a sidebar widget, post-purchase module, abandoned cart email component, or all three.

Works with:Shopify Storefront API, WooCommerce, Klaviyo, custom storefronts
Setup from:€1,800 — varies significantly with integration scope
Typical use:Stores with 200+ SKUs and varied product catalogue

Order tracking & post-purchase workflows

Automated shipping notifications, delivery confirmations, and post-purchase follow-up sequences — triggered by order status changes in your platform, not by a timer.

This removes a significant portion of inbound "where is my order?" queries before they happen. Customers receive accurate status updates at the right moments rather than having to actively check.

Post-purchase sequences can include delivery confirmation, review requests (timed based on estimated delivery), and follow-up for returns — all handled without manual intervention from your team.

Works with:Shopify, WooCommerce, DHL, UPS, Hermes, DPD integrations
Setup from:€1,800 base — carrier integrations affect pricing

Abandoned cart recovery agents

Recovery sequences triggered when a cart is abandoned — with personalisation based on what's in the cart, the customer's purchase history, and configurable timing logic.

The difference from a basic email reminder is context. The agent can reference specific items, factor in whether the customer has bought from you before, and adjust the message accordingly. Timing, channel, and content are all configurable per your existing email or on-site tooling.

Works with:Klaviyo, Shopify Email, WooCommerce integrations, custom email systems

Upsell & cross-sell automation

Identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities at checkout and post-purchase, based on actual purchase data rather than generic product associations.

Configured to respect your margins and inventory constraints — you define which products to promote, at what price points, and in which contexts. Not an automated "people also bought" widget, but a system that reflects deliberate merchandising decisions.

Works with:Shopify, WooCommerce checkout hooks, post-purchase pages
Setup from:€1,800 — combined with support agent often more cost-effective

E-commerce AI consulting

A structured assessment of where AI automation makes practical sense for your specific operation. Not a generic AI strategy presentation — a workflow-level review of what's currently taking your team's time and what's actually automatable.

We document current processes, identify high-volume repetitive tasks, map them to automation options, and produce a prioritised recommendation. The output is a written report you can use to make decisions, whether you work with us or not.

Includes:Workflow assessment, written report, prioritised recommendations, implementation roadmap
Pricing:Included in project scoping for clients, standalone pricing available on request

Agent integration & ongoing maintenance

After launch, agents need monitoring and occasional updates — especially when your product catalogue changes, your return policy updates, or your platform receives a major update.

Monthly maintenance retainers cover monitoring, performance review, content updates, and priority support. Retainers start from €350/month and are cancellable with 30-day written notice.
